Last day in Europe- Stonehenge and Bath

We took a day trip to Stonehenge and a little country town called Bath. Bath was founded by the Romans. It was absolutely beautiful.

London

Above you can see our Hostel. It was our only Hostel and it was wonderful. You can see us tired and unpacking. Our run in with Ewin, touring london at night during an anti-american/war protest right in front of Parliment (Bush was visiting). Buckingham palace :)

Berlin

From Paris we went to Berlin. It was raining when we landed. It cleared up once on the subway. Here you see us having our first dinner in Berlin at midnight it was sushi and German Beer. I tried to drink it I did but AHHH!! GROSS couldn't do it. The guy is Tobias the sweetest and best host and guide we could have. A berlin student, lived in east Germany since he was born and a good friend now. We write daily. We stayed at his apartment. He was so sweet. A picture of the orginal Berlin wall and pictures from Love Fest. No matter where we are we always find the Italians and a guy dressed as a Roman. It was so much fun.

I forgot the best part of my Trip. Italy World Cup celebration in Barcelona

I forgot to put pictures of the best time ever. It was the world cup win for Italy. The best partying of my life. We arrived late to the Hard Rock where are 2 Italian friends were watching the game so we sat in the street to watch with the FRENCH. Yes, the French. That is why at first I have no Jersey. I was SCARED. Then I said Screw it I am for Italy and threw on my Totti Jersey. I saw every Italy game and WIN in Italy. We saw the last game in Barcelona. When we won we ran to the Hard Rock to celebrate with our friends. Italian painted face guy grabbed me for a photo and girl jumped in. Don't know them at all. That was our whole night. You just grabbed people and hugged them, carried them, and threw water, beer or champagne on them. Majority of people were guys for some reason. Never been carried or hugged by strange men and people in my life. It was so much fun though. Everyone even girls came and hugged you. When you see guys in our pictures those guys just ran into our pictures. Maria was pulled up by some muscle guy to take a picture on the flag pole. It was amazing. The last picture shows how DRENCHED I was. Look at my 2 dry spots. We sang, we danced, we rocked cars back and forth and the cops just watched and smiled at us. Barcelona is awesome!!!!! I must go live there soon. Who will come visit?

Paris

Our plane ride from Barcelona to Paris.

A romantic boat ride around Paris and a romantic dinner in a french cafe. To bad I was with Maria. Just kidding, Maria love ya!!!

Morning before we leave for Berlin. We enjoyed the Louvre and saw the Mona Lisa.

Barcelona

Agh!!! Barcelona. The best time I had in all of Europe was in Barcelona. Well we literally drove into Barcelona saw a sign about the bullfight and jumped out the car at a stop sign to go. The next day we found a Starbucks. Giulia's love. The one things she misses from the short time she lived in the states. There are no Starbucks in Italy and Southern France. Our traditional Spanish dinner, it was the best dinner I had in Europe. Visiting the sites "Gaudi's" Famous church. Quite a hike up, let me tell you. Then we are eating breakfast the morning before we leave for Paris in a 14 century bar that is still running even now and looks the same. It was amaing to be inside. We had hot chocolate and Churros. Healthy, I know!!!! :)

South of France

We are now in the south of France. We are getting on the train in Milan headed to Neice, France. Then Neice we got a car to Barcelona. We stopped at beaches and towns in France. The pictures above are of Caan (Black and white), then of St. Tropez. It was beautiful.

Milano

Maria and I just went shopping since Milan is the fashion capital of the world Gucci, Prada, Dolce Gabana (oh my the Dolce is everywhere). So we are just resting at the piazza with the most expensive Gelato to boot. We had also seen Leonardo's "Last supper" hours ago it was beautiful. Then Maria and Giulia (Italian Friend from Milan) praying to the green pharmacy cross. Funny story: When Maria arrived in Milan she got lost. She called Giulia and said I am by the church. The one with the green cross. Then Giulia said "Those are pharmacies not churches." They funny thing is the green crosses are everywhere you look. You can not turn around without seeing one. Maria thought they were churches so it was our little joke every time we saw one.
Our New friends in Milan. They are Giulias co-workers. They were all very nice to us. This is our night out.

This is the Duomo in Milan. It is beautiful. The 3rd largest church in the world. Us being silly infront of McDonalds because Europeans think American love McDonalds. When we were in Milan Giulia's friends kept asking us if we wanted to go to McDonalds. We told them we don't even go to McD's here. That was the only American company you saw in every country that and Coke Cola. This is the Chocolate Cult. The restraunt is just Chocolate. I thought of Grace while there. It is a huge menu of just Chocolate items.

Girls night before our trip to France in the morning PIZZA fest. A real Italian Pizza. I ordered at a restraunt where no English is spoken. I was excited and proud of myself :)
